the shock levels are reducing your medicines effectiveness ?


just buffed my health a wopping 655 :/

What's your BF? A high BF will reduce healing of wounds, and in theory will reduce buffs effectiveness. This theory has never been proven. However, buffs are based off the wound treatment ability, so it would be expected that whatever effects healing of wounds would effect buffs.
