I was just thinking to myself... is it better for me to take 0030 medic and use 550 power stim C, or to take 3000 medic and use 415 power stim B? I apologize for asking a medic question in the doctor forum, but medic forum really doesn't have that many regular posters. Thanks for any responses.

Go with 3.0.0.0.
This will greatly increase the damage you heal with the 415 stimpack. It also has the added bonus of granting you the /firstaid skill at 2.0.0.0 which will let you stop bleeding.
