just a quick question when can i start buffing stats im a novice doc

I wouldn't even bother to be honest with you. You can go out and buy enhance a's and b's, but unless you have a medicine use skill of at least 90, you will be wasting your money on them, because nobody will want them.
Unless of course you were using it to grind medical xp, calling out your pet, buffing him, and storing him...but you will make xp quicker farming dancers in the coronet cantina. Just my opinion though.
