Thread: whats the deal? does resource quality not matter any more?

i was a master doc 6 months ago and im taking it back up..ive harvested 10 of the new avian meat and looking for other good resources..am i wasting my time? mabey im a little slow but by reading some of these posts there is a new minimum for buffs or something and i cant seem to find any info on the current publish page..could some1 please explain the new system to me?
any help is appreciated

the system changed for a day but the old system is back now.
Resource quality still (and hopefully always will) matters very much.
You should be using the same system today as you were 6 months ago.
The change to buffs is the randomness was removed so there is no longer any variance.
You are not slow and I hope I answered some of your questions.
