Is anyone experiencing the quality of their buffs going down. I have some average buffs that were hitting around 1700 per using BE clothing. Without changing a thing, my buffs are hitting for 1100-1400. This is in a medical center with no droid (auto-buff bot), but I am still using the same packs that gave me better results before. Do medicenes decay and lose their potency? If so, do they decay while in factory crates?
I am clueless why I am not hittling for 600 points less. PLEASE HELP!

Your meds don't decay or lose potency, but you do. Check your Battle Fatigue. Have your patients check theirs, too. If either of your BF is higher than 200, you will start losing potency with the buffs.
NOTE: You won't actually start getting the "shock" messages until BF hits 250, if I remember correctly.

Med center medical rating is 100, your droid most likely was 110. so you lost your 10% bonus.
