this little gem of a macro
/stand;
/curepoison;
/curediesease;
/healstate dizzy'
/firstaid;
/healdamage;
I figured out that when i get kd/dizzied by a TKM that about the 3rd or 4th time of me spamming this macro i heal the dizzy state before i fall down again which is bad news for said TKM... oh well dont know if all docs are using this but they should be

As a TKM I've gotten usedto the fact that most people dont seem to stay down anymore. Sadly most of them just exploit. No doc skills, no defenses, just a macro that gets them out of it.
Not bashing your macro BTW.... you actually have doc skills. That isn't the kinda macro I'm talking about.

really there is another way around it? never would have guessed..
darn
the only bad thing about that macro is if i hit it while im already standing and dizzy.. ill knock myself down!! thats why i have 2 macros.. 1 minus the /stand.

There is another way around it. No clue how it works though. Something about unequipping a weapon, and standing or something along those lines.

there's a delay before it makes dizzy check so you'll be able to use like /stand /headshot3 before you're back down. Some higher level npc's used to do this long ago. Whether it's exploit or not I cant tell.

There are pros'.cons to the macro healing.
Pro - One button to remember.
Con- you have to spamto get what you want fixed and you may be healing things you dont need to heal at the moment and thus lose a combat turn or get an extra mind drain you cant afford.
Another option is to put each state heal in a different macro. Then just remember which key is which.
Pro - You only heal what you want, when you want it. If you only want to cure dizzy then you dont have to stim your self. A stim at the wrong time can kill ya (lose of combat, mind drain, etc).
Con - You have to remember more keys. ( you get trained after a while it is simple). And have more UI slots.
I go with the second choice my self.
