Group_Member_A dies in minefield, and I want to drag him out for resuscitation:

"Your target is not affected."

Eh?

Is /corpse broken, or is there a different command I should be using?

Hit ctrl-A and check under 'other' I believe, for the macro. It'll tell you what the actual command is. Or you can just drag the icon from there to your hot bar and use it.

Unless, I'm mistaken, I believe the command is /dragincapacitatedplayer.

And, yes, you'll want to put that on your toolbar because, if you have to do it, you don't have time to type it.

/corpse is listed, says it is for moving corpses.

/dragincapacitatedplayer is also on my toolbar, for dragging incapped players. lol. I never thought to try it on a corpse- I'll give it a go, and see what happens.

And if that is the command I should be using... could the devs please remove the /corpse command so future noob idiots don't get confused?

I think the /corpse was suppose to be used with the idea that if you died you would have to fetch your body (kinda like Diablo) in order to get all your gear and money back. Could be wrong, but its definantly not used to drag other players.

Yeah I just put it on toolbar and target the corpsified friend and spam that hotkey while running for cover with burstrun.

Oh yeah and you can play friend soccer if you have another doc in your team when someone gets mind incapped.

Yes, /corpse just moves your "corpse"- the pile of bones with your stuff on it left after you die and clone (like UO). I don't think it has a function anymore in the current game.

The /corpse command was used in Beta(can't remember if corpse runs made it to the launch of the game)so that you and people you had allowed to move your corpse could do just that, and you didn't have to run (at least not as long) all the way back to where you died if you had a friend dragging the corpse towards you.

As said above, /drag works now.
