Specifically avian meat and the gas.. I was told high Potential Energy on meat was good so I got some 908 PE but very poor OQ like 200.. my D pack came out full xp into effective at 580. Needless to say I was disappointed, but cant figure out if it was the meat or the gas I used. The OQ on the gas was poor as well, if anyone could clear this up for me I would be much appreciative. I just started Crafting my own buffs and have no clue what stats are important heh.

the OQ of the meat is quite important, as is the OQ of the gas, which is why you got less than wonderful results.

Ideally, you should look for meat with OQ/PE at least 700, and high OQ reactive gas. Having high DR is a Nice Thing, but doesn't impact the results as much as the OQ/PE of the meat and the OQ of the gas.

go to the datapad and look up the schematic. it'll give you a complete rundown of all the important resource stats, what they affect and by what fraction.

NOTE: these are only important on the raw resources in the item, not what's in any subcomponents.

For enhancement packs, you want to choose the best avian meat and reactive gas you can find. How do you know what's the best? Use these formulas:

Avian Meat: 0.5 * OQ + 0.5 * PE

Reactive Gas:1 * OQ

These formulas will give you a number between 1 and 1000. The higher the number, the better the resource. So, as you can see, OQ and PE are equally important when selecting avian meat. That's why you ended up with poor packs - your OQ was too low on your avian meat. You really need both OQ and PE to be high.

Also, DR is nice on both the avian meat and the reactive gas. High DR won't make the packs more powerful, but they will make the buffs last longer (increased duration).
