ok iv been making them with 21power and 11 charges but i was chating to another doc and they seem to think that making them with more charges is better.. they said that they max out the charges and use what ever they have left on power..
what would do you do and what would you recomend..
BTW these are for making buff packs and nothing else

I have always prefered maxing out the charges first then working on the power.
On a Stims/woundpacks the loss of roughly 8 power for the gain of an extra8 charges is worth it.
As for the enhance packs I attempt to balance the charges/power, with edgeto power.

Maxing out on charges definitely.
In buff packs, the difference of 5-10 power is negligible. The difference of 5-10 charges is considerably more enhances for resources used.

You have far greater power gain in the ALS and the Chem Release.. Max charges first and dump whats left over into power for the bio's.

Well your choice on the final product is between about 20 more power or 8+ more charges, it's a no brainer for me.

/agree with everyone. Definitely pump up the experimentation on the charges. Toy with the power on the aCRDMs and aSDS/aLS. Also check out the doctor FAQ at the top of the forum.

the diference is 10 not 20..
it would be 10 more power or 10 more charges average.
you should be starting out with 10/10 on average and can bump it up 10 more on average....so its 10 more power or 10 more charges.
my current ABEC's are 13/21 on tarq with the resources I have on hand
