I just hit master doc to be able to buff my other toon. My very first buffing session was for a wookie that helped me finish master doc app pts. Using 920 D's I hit over 3000 on half the buffs. I've done about 10 or so buffs on my other toon and have only hit over 30002 or 3 times. If I get in the mid to upper 2000's I'm doing good on that toon.
My other toon has all the secondary stats at min except willpower, which is maxed out. Even before I made this master doc toon I noticed how my other toon's buff's seemed lower than they used to be with better secondary stats. I would have doc after doc wondering what was up with their buffs when they finished with mine.
BTW, I use a 110 droid and +25 bio cloth. I picked up a second +25 bio cloth to see if it would matter and I'm not seeing any real difference.
I've asked several Master Doc's about secondary stats effecting buffs and they all say it doesn't. Has anyone done any testing on this?

Darn, it's too early in the morning. The subject should read "Do 2ndary STATS of the Buffee effect the buff?

iv ben kinda wondering this myself. Before i was master doc i dident hunt out buffs all the time so my secondaries were much higher. Now i migrated them all way down. I seem to buff myself for a bit less than before. So i started buffing secondary stats first for about a weak now...To see if it would help the mane ham buff be higher. So far i cant say i have noticed a diffrence. Its annoying though how some people get 3k buffs all the time and others with the same pack leave with 1k to all...I stoped trying to make killer 900 packs it just not worth the effort. I charge a bit less and use 750-800 packs now. Untill they stop a 920 pack from hitting for 700 or what ever...My good packs will stay in my bank.

Maybe it's just superstition, but some people seem to take buffs better than others. I know it's all random, but there are times I find myself wondering how I can be consistently unlucky with some folks. On a couple recurring customers, I have difficulty breaking 1500 using packs thatproduce 3k+ on others. A couple of them told me, "Don't worry, that always happens to me."
I always make sure they have no wounds/BF, but the buffs just don't seem to stick on them.

I'm going to max out my secondary stats for health and action and see if I notice a difference. I'll post results later.

Answer to your question is a solid "Yes"
How a patient has his/her stats set do effect how a buff connects.
Ran many many tests on this when they had the last patch, and I believe it was mentioned in the patch notes (check for yourself)

So how are they correlated? What were the results of your tests? Have you shown these to anyone?
I don't mean to be cynical, but there are few things in this game that are the subject of as many rumors as buffs. Until I see some real proof, I tend to just ignore almost everything I hear regarding them.

Don't forget to post, I'm also interested in this as I give poor buffs consistantly with good packs, my health and action secondarys are of course at minimum as I can buff myself.

interesting question.
i have noticed that lets say if i hit a Health one for maybe 1500, then the constitution and strength will hit for a good 2500. this also works the other way around...hmm it might just be me.
