I'm just about to hit Novice Doc, and I am planning ahead to what my second class will be. I thought it might be interesting to have a Master Doc with Smuggler Spice crafting abilities -thus allowing a full service buffing with the sale of Muon. The problem I see with this build is the utter lack of elite combat skills, short of either the Dirty Fighting Smuggler line, or some limited skills in an elite class (i.e. Pistoleer/TKM).
Anyone ever try this sort of build?
The way that I play my medic/doc is almost exclusively PvE, as a true support character in hunting parties. Ilike joining a big group seeing things I could never hang with and helping them stay on their feet long enough to take stuff down. I generally only fight was URGENTLY necessary. I don't think I'll ever do any PvP.

The dirty fighting line is pretty powerful. If all you want is to be able to make muon just find a smuggler and give him some resources for it and have him make you schematics.
