earlier today i logged on just to see what the new buff changes were like. i liked the results 2465 with 918 packs, +20 bivoli, +25 bio clothes, and plus +110 droid. tonight i was buffing in coronet. first guy i buffed had 0 battle fatigue but refused to take off armor. i buffed him between 2100-2250 in every stat. strange i thought but i wrote it off to maybe the armor. next few people all the same results. i couldnt figure out what was going on. same conditions as when i buffed myself earlier on tatooine outside my house. another doc sends me a tell asking if i had broke 2300 on my buffs. i told him i hadnt while in coronet but had at my house earlier. he said he talked to the rest of the docs there and we were all getting same exact results. even one "surgeon". he was getting similar results to us and didnt even have bivoli. dont know about droid or clothes. i took off my bio gear. buffs stayed exactly the same. waited for bivoli to wear off. buffs exactly the same. put bio gear back on. buffs the same. ate bivoli. buffs the same. what the heck is going on? i went back to tatooine in front of my house......... str-2465........constitution-2465.....ect. ect. anyone else seen this problem? is there some kind of hidden code that averages all docs buffs on same sub server and makes them equal? something definitly isnt right. i was satisfied with my 2400+ for 910-920 packs. i cant take it, however, if freakin surgeons can pull out their 89 med use packs and buff for the same thing im buffing at with great buff packs, bivoli, droid, and clothes.
