here is my reaserch on the buff formula..... (2(buff effectiveness)+ wound treatment modifierover 100(buffpack effectivness)droid effectivnessover 100) aka for a buff pack of 800 here is how it works assuming you are a master doc with 25woundtreatment clothing and a 110medical effectivness droid...

(2(800) +200)=1800(.1)=180.... so with a pack of 800 you will buff for 1980.
