wow, I heard things about other servers being more expensive, but that's nuts!! I wonder what people would charge to buff someone?

Wow, charging 18K for a buff set is just breaking even at those prices for the medpacks.

You know, buying enhance medpacks is all well and good if you are not selling buffs to players for profit. Buffing your guild, or faction or friends - sure buying the medpacks is quick and easy.

If you are in the buffing business for profit, buying packs from others is a big mistake, I think. Why trim your profit margin down to just a fraction of what you could make if you crafted your own packs. Sure you might only be making 750 power packs (versus buying 900 power), but you are getting credits for your time (collecting resources and crafting) instead of credits for your credits. Plus, you get the freedom to charge what you want for your buffs without risking losing credits on the deal. I know a player on Gorath that was buying expensive 900 power packs and then charging 10K for the buff sets. Problem was he did the math wrong - the packs were costing him 12.5K for the sets. I, on the other hand, was making 750 power packs, asking 6K-8K for the sets and rolling in the credits (1 million in profit my first month as a Doctor).

So, morale of the story: The doctor that buys his medpacks and then sells the buff sets, ison a slow track to riches.

That is why I think I am fair to charge 500 per charge on my pacs, I still make a good profit and the customer will get their money back plus what they spent.

I may change my prices again though, the more I run around with my alt and getting crappy buffs from other doctors, the more I realize how good my pacs are compared to others!!

Damn, your serversexpensive. I buy 910 / 32 packs for about 12k each.

I generally sell my pacs for 500 per charge so a 32/900 pac is usually 15k per pac, I don't go over 15k yet, I don't discount for crates either, the resources didn't cost me any less. Pacs that are 28-29/900 are like 13-14k per pack. I figure I deserve at least half of what the person selling them for, and the usual rate is 1k per stat when someone is selling buffs.

For me, it depends a bit on the current resource shifts/my supply of resources (and of course other server-specific variables, economy, etc). Right now I'm selling my 830 base packs with Med. use of 90 for 10k. The value goes up significantly when you break the 900 mark though. It is common to see 910-920 range packs sell for 25k a piece.
