Can anyone confirm via experiment that Bivoli has any effect if you are already wearing +25 wound treatment clothes?
I would like to see buff results with / without Bivoli with all other variables unchanged.
Anyone? Can you please post results?

Buffs are static now. All you need to do is buff once without bivoli, then buff once with bivoli and you'll have your results. And yes, it makes a difference.

Don't have exact stats on me but I buffed every stat without BE clothes or bivoli and rebuffed everything once i was on bivoli and then again once i'd put my be pants on and each time I got an increase .... I'll try it again later and write down stats if i get a chance ...

Yes, they do stack, and they are supposed to (so it won't be changed later).

I did a buff without the Bivoli and then buffed again with it. The base pack is 908. I was using +25 clothing and a 110 droid. The difference on the buff was 88 after I consumed the 23.6 Bivoli. That doesn't seem to match the forumla.

That doesn't seem right.
You should have gotten about 214. (23% of 908)
Did the target have battle Fatigue?

I was the target and had about 310 BF if I remember correctly. I will find a clean victim... umm patient... and try again.

Word is that the beta limitation of 200 BF is the real number (not the 300-400 where the message shows up.. which is now off the question list and on the bug list). So if you have 201 BF on your target, you will suffer a 20% loss in buff power.
I'm getting reports, that this is indeed the case.
[edit: apparently this is not true. Please see stickied buff formula threrad for real BF interaction. Thanks. -T]

Great! Thanks guys. I had one report that it did not work if you have +25 clothes, and I didn't want to drop a load of cash on Bivoli if it doesn't work. I currently don't have any so I couldn't test myself.
