We are a 15 day old merchant city on the Corbantis server w/55citizens, we have cantina, bank and mission terminals but have no master doctor in all 55 of our citizens!
Neutral/rebel based city with 2 rebel guilds and around 15 independent crafters and hunters.
You will have a monoply in the way of selling stimpacks and medical supplies and I offer you the following:
- +5 medical apron
- medical centre
- small house
You must:
- keep your vendors full as often as possible
- hold the medical centre for us

We now have the hospital but placed by a master doc who doesn't sell stimpacks. I don't need you 3 lots for the hospital anymore but your citizenship and also your vendor full of stimpacks and med packs. You again will have monopoly of the trade! Apron still valid.
