Greetings all -

I've scrolled through the boards here and searched to find millions of posts, but nothing answering what I'm pondering...

A player city Med Center. It takes personal land lots, correct? If so, how many?

Thank you

Shame the Player Hospital does not give you any better mods than any house you can get.

The only plus is that is holds 250 items for 2 lots.

Isn't it 5 lots?

It's 2 lots. It does give one perk over houses, it autoheals wounds just like the NPC med centers do.

The 250 item storage means you have plenty of room for your crafting materials. The 2 lot use means you have more left over for harvestors

Pretty sure it is still three lots, at least for me it counts like it. Unless the stealth bumped it down to two, that'd be cool too

i'm cosidering setting up a med center and would like to know if i can move out of my house and into the center (declare residency) or do i still need to have a residence in the town. I like the 250 storage capacity, but then wouldn't need my house. (or double maintenance). Also, does it come furnished with beds or do i need to have that stuff crafted?

They do not come with furniture, you have to buy what you want and place it. You can declare residency in them. The heal modifier is only better than NPC med centers if your city has the appropriate specialty, otherwise it's 100. I can't remember the maintenance cost off hand, I'll have to check when I'm in-game. Mine has the 20% merchant discount, but I don't think it's too bad, even without that.

Actually Scoooter, I do own one (obviously). I just mis-spoke, er typed, in my earlier post when I said they take 2 lots, it is 3, as you said. I remember expecting it to take 5 and being pleasantly surprised.
