Thread: doc 0-2-4-0 to buff all attributes?!
0240 then you get a bonus when you hit master, or you can buy some bio clothes. But you will never buff as good as a Master Doctor using the same stuff as you.
I think (not in game at the moment) that your Wound Treatment skill will only be like 35 at 0/2/4/0, vs. 75 at 0/4/4/0 or 100 at Master. Sonot only will your buffs be hugely lower than a Master Doctor's, they will also be significantly lower than a Master Surgeon's. (Wound Treatment skill being that which directly affects the quality of the buff.)
I was 0/2/4/0 for about a day while hologrinding, and it was just intolerable to me how crappy my buffs were. Plus, at 0/4/4/0 you get the ability to rez, which if you play in groups at all is just SO useful. If you're not going to go 0/4/4/0, I'd say, just make really good friends with some Master Docs by frequently giving them gifts of large chunks of high-quality avian and herbivore meat and forget about wasting your skill points on doctor.
With 0-2-4-0 doc and +25 wound treatment clothing you'll have a wound treatment mod of 60
Under the new system on TC which will be released in a few weeks and with a buff pack of 800 (high grade buff pak) and a medical droid with a rating of 110 you will buff each stat for 1408 points.

Changes to crafting in publish 7 reduce the average experimentation effectiveness... so 800 buff packs will be signifigantly harder to craft.
Thanks for the inputs guys!
Did my first buffs today!
They ranged from 2.4 healt, action 1.9 and the lowest stamina at 900 aprox.
Very random i think.
i would rather buff all stats at 1.4k instead
bioni

Not to mention that I bet the cost of lowering the med use on packs will cost more than 1 point due to the new systems "less bang for you buck" setting. Currently the 0-4-4-0 system is good but after the next publish I expect 90 med use packs to be the low 700's or even high 600's especially if made by those without a +25 expiermentation.
