I've stocked up on the ingredients for medical blankets, and after I take what I'll need out of my factory run tomorrow I'll put the rest on my vendor, since I know not every doctor has factory crates of synth cloth and rori fungus sitting around.

I'm not quite sure what a fair price for these items will be, though. Cloth isn't overly expensive, but it does require making the right contact to supply you with it. Gathering the other ingredients also takes time/effort/resources. What do you think is a fair fireblanket price?

I dont think they are every going to be used if they really do drain your mind 100%. It would be a lot easyer just to heal or rez.

Bah WoW is overrated, City of Heros rocks, or better yet get another sony game and you can get the ALL ACCESS PASS for one LOW LOW PRICE and play both games.

100% would be an incap.

Blankets are balanced for the new HAM system in pub 8, so their usage may not really shake down until then.

As for price, I have heard a lot of speculation on it. The buff only doctors won't buy (there are a lot of them).

The full-time docs that buy all their packs and/or PVP might pay pretty well for them... though, Again, PVP will change a lot in Pub 8.. right now it is all about mind damage still.

They are definitely valuable (since Rori is considered way out of the way on most servers, and the synth cloth can be a real pain to get)... but it all comes down to how popular flamethrowers in PVP are on your server.

Very good points. Flamethrowers are quite popular on Lowca now, guess I'll have to guage interest a bit once the patch comes out. I know I'd have given an arm and a leg several times in the past to be able to get rid of that burning sensation.
