scrubs and a mask sounds neat, maybe only allow scrubs to be worn in a hospital or something though.

stethiscope is the necklace thing(probably spelled wrong), and for added fun, there must be a little blood, on our aprons and gloves, or for some of the terible doctors out there, a whole lot of blood.

Yeah, I would totally go for a doctors smock with an adjustable blood bar. From blood free to a gory mess.
