Thread: 125 Modifier for Detach HQ how do you know this?

our city has a detachment HQ, and while we've read this and always suspected that the mod was higher, we never knew what the exact figure was. i just read in the buff calculator thread that the modifier was 125. i'm wondering where you guys got that number from and how you know its accurate?

That is the number it is supposed to be, quoted from the devs. It is in patchnotes after the game went live. I'm sorrty I don't know what month offhand.
We do know it is currently broken though.
