Was looking at my crafting tool and noticed it has a (forgot property) of 14% .. is that good. Noticed some on the bazaar that had -%.

So my question is do I want the property to be positive or negative.

you'd like the number to be positive. I don't believe it is a percentage though is it?

BTW, 14 is very good. I believe the highest i have heard of is 14.47 or there abouts. If you are on Lowca i'll buy it from you

PS: I have 2 Of them

999 conductivity copper makes a +14.97 crafting tool (with enough exp points) and a +99.9 eff repair tool.

Makes it appear that 15 is the max. One of my characters (Ghinima) makes the 14.97's because 999 copper spawned on Corellia and I mined 29k of it. They sell quite well 8).

I'm on Lowca and carry three 14.97 food/chem tools.

I still have 300+ units of the 999 Co copper used to make them too.

ok this may be stupid but here goes?
to make a buff pack B for ex it says you need a specialiced crafting tool and station.
which do I use, I have tried the weapon,droid one, and the chem food one??
how do I get to make it which crafting tool do I use ??

For the advanced meds you will have to use a Food and Chem tool AND a station to have access to the schematics.
