My character on Bria is neutral, which as many of you know means that helping overts is out of the question. How about some sort of an override/confirmation instead of preventing it entirely? If I'm in the Med Center in Theed, like I usually am, I'm not going to be worried about a getting a TEF for helping an Imperial. Same goes for Rebels in Coronet.
