Just to update... I just put a run of 100 packs in the factory... 33 charges each... so I'll be doing about 3000 total buffs this weekend. I'll be using different combinations of BE clothing and no BE clothing.. all on the same pet in the same building... I'll also do every test I do with BE clothing again with some Bivoli for those results as well.
Expect results on Sunday.

Can you conduct your next round of experiments not only with Bivoli but also testing the Med Center City Specialization too?

and also test the variables of med module 110 droid (in and out of city / medlab / house), house, /registerwithlocation in MedLab/Faction Base and testing being Overt in a faction base...
With all these variables in mind, would the best possible math for a buff be
-Master Doctor,
-wearing 25/25 BE clothing mods,
-consuming 25 Bivoli,
-110 Med Module droid,
-inside a faction base Declared
-and /registerwithlocation
-within a city with Med Lab Specialization?
and find out a general mathmatic equation figuring in these variables with one another
