Thread: What to do about BANK tips
OK, I have been a doctor for about a week, and have not come across these issues as much as some of you more seasoned doctors. However I have noticed that a lot of you are complaining about getting bank tips??? I feel that is a good way of getting your money AND a good way of tracking who has paid. I was browsing one of the forums lately and noticed a screen shot from someones battle setup. they had a sepperate chat window for sys messages only above and to the right of main chat. That works really great. Also since alot of ppl do bank tip, I thought to myself, "what if I bring up my mail in the same size the sys screen is?" Ta'da, I now have the email, a sys screen and regular spatial and can see every tip no matter how it comes to me. I put my 3rd person view on once I have my line and I always get my line first.
Now as far as ppl reading my spam, one thing I have come to notice in everyone (even ME), is that with all the conversations in spatial, group,guild, tells.repliesand idiots afk advertising. there is quite a bit of text on the screen. Not all the time, do ppl pay attention. They get inline and then run to the bathroom, or to get a snack or something distracts them. So, those ppl to a degree are a nusence, butthey still make me about 750k a day on top of the regulars. I have about 20 ppl who will come to me no matter where I am. they always wait to tip and always reffer ppl to me.Anotherthing I relize is that, everyone is looking for buffs, and they do have a lot of doctors to choose from. Though, if you are consistant with your service people will do exactly what you want.
Face it we all stand in line everywhere we go. We are used to it. I just have a macro that says" Folks, Please form line and you will be serviced faster. Thank you for your patronage and patients."(yes patients its a pun)If ppl think they will get through it fast (no matter whit "it" is) they will do most anything the person giving "it" says. I think that when someone comes to a doctor they dont really know what to expect. Meaning half the doctotr are a doctor for one day or two because theyre holo grinding as it is called so they dont have a ckue on what when or how to be a doctor to bergin with. For those of us that have taken the professionat what it it a carear we ( I ) take pride on what I do. (and do it well) so when some one new I havent serviced before I take an extra sec and say hey this is how I do it. they thank me and since they know what to expect from me I have little problems with ppl not tipping or wanting a refund or anyof that BS
I am in no way saying that I am the best out there and everyone that I buff is trained cattle but one thingwe all know is that when we (Real Life) go to the doctor we check in we wait to get called we pay then the doctor see's us. So that is how I run my pratice. I think it's very practicle and benifitial to both parties.
Hopefully this will help everyone who reads this in some way

People are getting better about tipping with Cash, but you just need to advertise about it like every 3 minutes.
