seriously as a player there's NO WAY I'd pay 12k or 15k (!!!!) for a 2200 buff !
comon, when my doc char runs out of packs and/or bivoli, my hunting char goes see docs for buffs, and I never take buffs under 2400 (hunting big tough stuff), and I don't pay more than 10k, wich is quite fair.

so as I am a custommer and a seller, I'd just feel bad for the custommers to charge 12k for cheap buffs (cause -900 packs ARE cheap)

when I buff I always want the best for my custommers, friendly chat, free services (if I have packs I heal wounds as well), and acceptable prices for good product.
I never use (except my first set of crates) buff packs under 900 (I made some 910 and just bought some 936/940 crates), I never buff without bivoli and of course 110 droid and bio clothing. so my next buffs should be somewhere around 2500 and 2600. I'll charge 10k/set in cities, 12k/set in wild/outposts, and 15k/set in low frequented places (Yav4/labor, Tusken Fort), cause of bivoli's timer. wich I think is quite fair.

I really think 12k for a 2400 buff (in the best case with clothing/bivoli) is WAY too expensive.

I'll also start a campain about low end buffs (actually the packs I "failed" the craft part, somewhere between 600 and 899) for 3k/set, specially for newbies, I just don't have all the packs I need to do that.

I'm also collecting janta blood and best ressources to craft "premium packs" (970 - 1000+ power) wich I'll sell for 17k/set, hopefully I will come close to the 3000/stat, but I won't start the crafting of those until I manage to get the +5 medecine experimentation tape I need to fit with my apron.

Doc's business is cool, really enjoyable cause it's all about the custommer, I don't care about making billions $$$, but I do care about proposing the best services I can at fairest prices.

so as soon as I can there will be

"Beginner Set" -------- 3k (low end packs/bivoli/clothing/110 droid)
"Standart Set" -------- 10k/12k/15k (900+ packs/bivoli/clothing/110 droid)
"Premium Set" -------- 17k/25k (970+ packs/bivoli/clothing/110 droid)

wich is quite fair IMO

You have any idea how much money a person can get back by using those buffs to thier potentional by doing missions on dantooine, dath, or yavin? At 12k a set, they can get that back in 1 to 2 missions. Which takes what, 5 minutes? 10 minutes, out of the 3 hours that the buff will give them?!

Im sick of "doctors" like you that have no self esteem and only think of the cost of the product, and not the VALUE of the product.

If you were running a car company you would go under for selling cars at cost, not for thier value.

This is not a self esteem issue, nor a derivative of how much money can be made off the buffs, if that was the case, personal harvesters would cost a a couple million credits each, since they have the potential to make the owner an unlimited supply of income.

As seen at most buffing areas, the lower priced Doc will make more credits then the higher priced Doc over the time both Docs are buffing.

I don't know how many times I've seen the 10k Docs spamming "Buffs 10k, No line" - And while they have no line, they are making no credits. So the 10k Docs (according to Bloodstain), have no Self Esteem because they are not making any profit. While the 6k Docs are raking in the credits every 30 seconds.

On Radient there are tons of Docs sellilng for 6k. I charge 10k for 2300 buffs for 3.2 hrs. When there is a 6k buffer there I get lots of nastly comments that I am nuts and charge to much. Rarely I will have someone tell me nicely I charge too much.

However, when I am alone buffing (no other docs around) everyone and I mean everyone is very very happy to pay 10 for buffs.

So I believe 10k is still very reasonable for the people buying the buffs. It is the other doctors selling low that drives expectations of cost down. People are happy to have buffs and will easily pay 10k since they are worth it to them. They just want to get buffed and make serious money they couldn't get without the buff.

So if we just charged more the market would bear it.

As for me, If I stand around for awhile and an under cutting doc is taking tall the business I just let him have it and play my other character which can make a lot more money and the varity of things to do is good for me. I will only work as long as there are customers willing to pay my prices. If they won't pay what it is worth to me to do it then they will have one less Doc to buff them, very simple. The other Docscan have very long lines and make little profit if they really want to. And the customers can just wait as they are not paying for their support.

I sometimes buy buffs at 10k or more with my altbecause it's easier for me than to run to where mydoc is to buff me. I get the money back in 1 or two missions, which is maybe 5 minutes... Knowing that I will save prolly 10 stims or so in the 3 hours that the buff last and will be able to runthose 7k+ missions 2 times faster... Not worth 12k you say? Who is greedy in these conditions?
