Assuming the lowest med rating is 100, an easy formula then becomes:

buff value = base enhance value X[ ( 1 + ( wound treatment skill / 100 )) X( medical rating / 100 ) ]

Thus the maximum buff multiplier (the stuff within the brackets [ ] above) is 2.75. This is achieved with +50 wound treatment bonus and a med rating of 110 (ie. ( 1 + ( 150/100 ) )* ( 110/100 ) )=(1 + 1.5 ) * ( 1.1 )= 2.75 ).

Without Bivoli, your maximum multiplier will be 2.475 (assuming +25 BE clothing and a med rating of 110).

I hope this doesn't further confuse folks.

Ok so with this formula here with 900 pack and 25 clothes, my 110 droid, being a master with 20 bivoli it comes out to 2425. But Triagus posted a differnet formula that states buff pack + (buff pack x bonuses). That one gives me only 2295. So which one is the correct one????

Traigus and I are trying to get more "stuff", like droids and clothing, on Test Center to test with. Once we can do that we can try to narrow it down exactly.

Unless anotherof the TC regulars can jump in with the numbers and buffing conditions and vary those around for us.

Oh boy, I'd based the formula I came up with on other's in this thread and tried to make it easy to read and understand. Bah, I'll just stay quiet and let Traigus give it to us. I'm just further confusing people.

I don't think you have to be overt to get it, you just have to be a member of the faction and /register there. And I thought it was a 25% bonus, which for location modifers mean it has a rating of 1.25 which is better than a 1.10 droid. A very nice perk to performing healing actions in a faction base where you can ragister (I think only the top end faction base has this ability, though.)

Indeed! I will try to see if it requires being /declared or not. We still have a few faction structures left and hopefully one of these I can /register in.
