Bumping the required Medicine use skill for Stim Bs would very likely hurt business if you happen to make a living selling them. However, I must agree that it makes little sense to have As and Bs require the same medicine use skill levels.
If however, we were to change the requirement for Stim Bs, I would highly reccomend that we make Stim As a general use stim that would not require one to be a physician to use.
I don't think this would hinder the starting Medics much since they would be likely making them and using them, or heck, selling them...
What's more, a Stim A in the hands of a Medic is going to be far more effective than it's base value which would be used if someone untrained made use of it.
Further, if you made the Stim-A usable by anyone, you would drastically widen your client base, because now ANYONE and EVERYONE is a potential customer. While it would be unlikely that you'd charge as much for a Stim-A as you would a Stim-B, it is likely that you would be compensated for this in sheer volume of sales.
