Gulginaws give 40-60, Devil Gulginaws a bit more.
You can find them on Talus and Corellia. The devils DB.

Like JB said, find a Devil Gulg nest, non-mission of course, and hack away. They spawn like rabid rabits on speed, and drop really well.
Maybe JB did get therapy, but the rasps are still hunting him, heh
The original question was for large drops of meat.
Rasps drop smaller amounts. I still will literally stop one mission in it's tracks to kill rasps. This weekend I had to fight through a horde of rasps to get to a mission, double bonus as the avian meat was still good.
Me and rasps do not get along, fear not.
Devil Guls and I are developing a love hate relationship too, I love to harvest them, they hate to see me coming.
