Ok so if you die and clone, the buff is gone, but the duration/timer stays, correct?
Timer drops as well. I haven't seen that bug for quite some time now.
What if you die, but instead of cloning, someone used a revive pack on you? Would the buffs stay that way, since it doesn't require cloning?
We THINK it's a bug, but right now even Resuscitation will drop a buff (and the timer). I used to be up until about last week or so that Ressing would NOT drop buffs, which is why I think it's a bug. It greatly reduces the usefulness of the Res to have it the way it is now where it is dropping.
So hopefully this will be fixed and Ressing will leave the buff on.
Suggested addition for the FAQ:
Why can't I see any schematic for Small Stimpack D (or any other D+ level schematic for that matter)?
You need be near a PersonalCrafting Station or a new a Droid with a Food & Chem Crafting Module built into it in order for these schematics to appear. The ones in town simply will not work for you. It should be noted that some of the publically available Food & Chemical Crafting Stations you might see in some of the outposts on the advanced planets will act like a Personal Crafting Station for this purpose.
Well this may sound kinda lame but....I need a way to heal myself faster in battle, I try clicking myself with yellow arrows and then heal myself but sometimes it wont heal me fast enough.I know there godda be a better way to heal alot fast in battle. Do I need to hit peace when fighting and then heal myself? just a thought havent tryed it yet. could use some help thx
peAce!
I just tried that macro /healself and its telling me it not a valid command. Is there a command where I can heal myself with out useing my mind bar?
thx again, peAce!
You need it to be
/heald self
And have a stim in top-level inventory
Since heals do go into the combat queue doing a /peace can help your heal to go off faster. Possibly set up a macro such as;
/peace; /heald self; /attack
This way you will clear your queue, heal yourself with a stim in top-level inventory, then go back to attacking whatever you currently have targeted.

Absolutely not. Healing (in any form - damage, woundes, revival, etc.) are all actions which pull from your mind bar. Healing your health and/or action bars is really a transfer of points from your mind pool to your heal and action pools. That may be a good explanation for the fact that most dedicated healers have mind pools almost twice as large as their other pools.

I couldnt find either one of these sites. Anyone have any suggestions?
Did you get a particular error message? Perhaps the server was down when you tried. I just connected to both of those pages and they appear to be working just fine. Anyone else having any issues?
I have added another section to the crafting guide pertaining to selecting resources.
In addition, I have added a printer-friendly version of the crafting page. You can access via a link at the top of the crafting page. Be sure to print in landscape format.
I am currently at the stage of do i become a combat medic or doctor. I think your site is great first of all, and i have some food for thought to add.
Another benefit of combat medic over doc is the built in scout skills, that being terrain negotiation and such. If you want to explore and go hunting and such you definitely want to be able to stay with the pack! So although combat medic takes more skill points because of the ranged support it sorta makes up for it in the terrain negotiation. I also here that a combat medic can **edit** near crawl in prone position as fast as someone with out any +terrain.
Ok that said this is where i am at, I still have 2 boxes to fill for ranged support but i am a master medic. Not being so much of the hunter\combat type unless to defend and for resources, (and also exploration skills so i can run up a hill in less than a day ;p)I really dont want to go spend all that time getting the combat xp. I just witnessed my boytoy who was master doc get a holocron that said be master combat medic. He did that in less than two days, probably about 8 hours total and he did it by sittingby shuttle and starports buffing everyone, minimum of 700 xp points per buff.
So my point, I will go for doc since i dont have the ranged support yet, and work on it on the way. BUT if I decide to be combat medic at some point because doc bores me or i would so lucky to get a holocron(he got 2 by the way...lucky S.O.B) I didnt talk to him for a week...hehe. Anyway I can easily climb that profession because of the med xp I already have and know how to make.
Long winded, but useful to someone hopefully!
