I know it sounds funny but I use the Disconnect option witch drops you to the character screen then log back in. This only takes a minute or two but I still get buffs in the 2600-3200 range. If I'm in the game for any long period of time, or travel extensively, then my packs strength lower terribly into the 900-1500 range. A disconnect and reentering solves this again.

1: normal average probably in low/mid 2k.
2: normal average around 1800 perhaps. I notice a lot more dud buffs.
3: not sure, but I'm guessing about the same time others did :-)
4: around 830-840 or so, with the best ones in the 865-875 range - all advanced
5: 110, hospital - doesn't seem to matter.
6: 100
9: +146 or something
10: starsider

What I have noticed is that I sometimes get ALL buffs in mid/high 2k with some >3k peeks. Then I go on to th enext person and get consistently low buffs at 1000-1700 - this happens even when battle fatigue isn't in the picture.

I think this clearly shows a drop in the buffs As i said in the other forum, why not add a debuff option, let us remove the buff, and try a rebuff, atm alot of docs are simply killing and rezzing there low hit patients anywhay, so lets save the time and energy, add a de-buff option, problem solved

For one I'm not gonna sit there and waste packs on one person 5 or 6 times just to get what they want. For 2 this isn't thethread to be talking about this on....this is only a data gather thread...make a new thread

Not sure if this helps, but ever since I started making my own 850+ base packs compared to 700-800 my average has gone up from 1500 to 2500. I'll try and answer the questions in a logical format though, since I had the same problem as everyone else here for weeks. It's frustrating trying to sell 4h buffs for 10k when you hit 900 on constitution.

1.) Pre-problem normal buff average.

2500 without Janta (700-800 base) / 3000 (same with Janta Blood)

2.) Post-problem normal buff average.

1500 using 700-800 base packs without Janta

3.) Date when you noticed that buffs got lower (the closer you can get on this the more helpful it is.)

Morning of the vehicle patch.

4.) Normal Buff pack power level (range) and which adv components do you use.

700-800, using 50 ACRDMs, 60 ASDS, 18/13 ABECs, 600+ OQ/DR Avian, 900+ OQ/DR Reactive

5.) Droid rating (If no droid, please type "med center 100")

110

6.) Wound treatment rating without clothes

Master Doctor

7.) Wound treatment rating with clothes (include ratings over +25 just in case).

+25, I used to use +49 on top of Master Doctor and found it did buff higher

8.) Server.

Update:

I'm getting mixed results from people. Only a very small number of people have posted here (less then 30). Not all of them posted a change. Even more people in-game and in PMs have noted no change at all.

If there is a bug, it isn't hitting everyone. It isn't hitting my live Doc or my TC doc. It is affecting a live friend of mine though. It could be anything. There doesn't seem to be an obvious bug.

I'm leaving this thread open another week, then forwarding all the info in a spreadsheet to the devs.

I really wish that we could just figure it out. I have bought a new droid, new clothing, more batteries, and even redid my buffs to a base of 958 on all packs. and I'm still hitting for 975-1500. I never use to get that low, so something is not right. I'm tring not to complain about it, but its very frustrating putting all the time and effort into making good packs that have crap results. I'm not crying nerf, but something is not right...I'm not doing anything different then before. Regardless if it takes the same amount of resources, time, and effort to make buffs, I'm having a hard time justifing the price of my buffs (which is 7k). I'm just running out of idea's and hope. Sorry for not making a new topic for this, I know this is a data thread.

Pretty straightforward really, just look at the Wound Treatment, those who havemore than 125 have been affected. Those with Wound Treatment 125 or below are the same. Nobody should have been hitting 2400-3200 consistently with 900 packs.

not sure but ive got a lot of compliments my buffs are coming out high.

although i just started buffing regularly with my alt. i have right now 900-920 power packs that i bought. using 110 med use droid and +25 med hat, and am master doc.

I say i get 1/3 of buffs at around 3000, one third 2000-3000, and 1/3 1200-2000. occasionally i hit lower than this.

I'm not seeing a change, for the record. Although I'll keep an eye on my +wound treatment since I have either +25 or +42 depending on which shirt I wear.

On that note and completely off-topic, my pants are my biggest asset. A whopping +25 on them and they're comfy too. That sort of thing humors me.

Average health buff is 1100-1800, 90% of the time it's around 1100 with Enhanced D's.

Average action buff ranges from 1200-2300, usually more around 1500

Yes, buffs seem quite low for Enhanced D's using advanced components.

I don't see any problem with the buff system.Buff results have alwayshover between110-330% of the base strength (master doctor with +25 BE clothings)

Nothing unusual about it, except that the variance could preferably be narrower.
