I have to say I wouldnt partake in this kinda manuver myself just because of the untold grief you would reap.
But this is war.
The whole idea behind war is to cause as much death, destruction, and trouble as can for the opposing force. I think this would be something akin to a doctor drugging the opposer to gain the upper hand. But I do have to say if your going to partake in these kinda tactics that should be ready jump in the fight as soon as you finish with as many buffs as you can get off before they move out of your range yelling to there comrades to avoid you.
But really who cares now. It is going to be a mute point come tuesday morning I think it is, when pub 7 hits anyways.

aaaaa, try going to fight overt, a covert member of the opposing faction cannot buff or heal an overt member of the other faction. This is a legit counter to tef-greifing...

Need i bring up the covert Combat Medics who can 1 Tick drain anyone's mind from 64+m out?
Or the Rifleman who are super soldiers with the 3 shot mind trick...or the most melee defense in the game.

As soon as that CM or Rifleman attacks you, you can attack them in return. The doctor buffing you can never be touched giving you no chance at all to attack him.
That is griefing and it is lame.
