As for /tell hell, these tips help me.

Do not make your character searchable

Put your tells in a seperate chat window

I respond to most /tells if the person is friendly or neutral, even if it is to say no. Most of these people are understandable.

Rude /tells or spammers simply get put to the ignore list. Solves the problem.

I usually just ignore them if I'm not buffing. But sometimes, I just have to break down and buff. LOL I was paid 50k at the Geonosian caves to buff someone 'cause I was with my guild and I wasn't there to buff people. If the price is right...I'll buff em =)

I store my driod and burst run out of there...so long as no one tipped me before I got to them...lol

I can only see it getting worse with de-buff coming.

"Hey can you rebuff my stamina?"
"Hey can you rebuff my stamina?"
"Hey can you rebuff my stamina?"
....

Wow...all your stamina packs are gone...your useless now!
