Take a Stim B or Woundpack B for instance: This organic scores a 965.67 [(OQ+OQ+PE) / 3] at a 66% OQ and 33%PE requirement for the final assembly.

Actually, it scores a 964.5 - it's not much different, but your logic is off. OQ and PE are EQUALLY important if you're using this as a final combine in a Stim B. Therefore, it's "overall rating" is the average of the 2, not what you have.

Check the FAQ if you want more details.

Great, thanks for clearing that up. I read the FAQ, but I just have one question.

Excerpt from FAQ:
For organics: 0.5*OQ + 0.5*PE
For inorganics: 1*OQ

Let's try re-evaluating those four resources using these formulas:

  • Organic 1: OQ = 950, PE = 200; Quality = 575
  • Organic 2: OQ = 600, PE = 600; Quality = 600
  • Inorganic 1: OQ = 700, UT = 700; Quality = 700
  • Inorganic 2: OQ = 950, UT = 50; Quality = 950

Lo and behold! Using these new formulas, we can see that The second organic and the second inorganic really were the best choices. Of course, these formulas are tailored for effectiveness. If you were interested in charges, instead, you'd have to use these formulas:

For organics: 1*OQ
For inorganics: 0.5*OQ + 0.5 * UT

My question is... What is the correct formula if you were looking to find the best resources giving even consideration towards Charges & Power?
Or would you just use; For organics: 0.5*OQ + 0.5*PE & For inorganics: 0.5*OQ + 0.5 * UT... to achieve equallity?

Chimaera gets lucky again on Doc resources I see. About 3 or 4 weeks after the server launched there was an avian spawn on Naboo (all those kaadu, peko and nunas were shaking in their boots) that was something like:

936oq

936pe

923dr

I could be slightly off on the numbers, I mainly play on Chilly with an alt on Chimaera, but I could've cried when I saw these numbers. My Chilly doc would've killed for these

Had some greaaaat berries on SS a few weeks ago, 976 PE/OQ (maybe 978, I forget). Can anyone say nice stim E's ? (Got mine up to 1166 heal with somewhat decent ALS and no ACRDM, needless to say, I was happy.)
