Guys... read my post. The schematic is NOT random. You can change the components to affect the outcome of the craft. The different aprons are all made from the same schematic, you just need to change around some of the resources.

Just a note, it does not have injury/wound treatment unless the tailor uses bio-engineered tissues when making it. So it has nothing to do with the schematic.

So basically when that tailor said she can make only a +5 tailor assembly +5 tailor experimentation apron and it "wouldnt" take my food and chemical kit she had no idea what she was doing and i got screwed over 3/4ths of a mill because she had no idea what she was doing?

I would suggest asking in the Tailors forum.
swgtailor.com says: "You will not know until you learn the schematic which ingredients the apron requires - and therefore which stats it will have. You may not "substitute" ingredients in order to try to make the apron come out with different stats."
But I'm not a tailor (anymore) so what do I know!

From what I read in the tailor forum once they read the schematic it goes into their datapad....only one type of apron will come from that 3 use schematic...thus why I now have 4 scrolls for a tailor to read to insure that one is med. I asked in the tailor forum and was told that is how it works. They can not make different types of aprons from one schematic.

Yes, you can't know what schematic you have until it's learned, and one schematic will only make one kind of apron. So if you come to a tailor with your apron schematic and ask for a med apron, you have 3/4 chances that it will not be possible.

If you provide the heavy duty leather what is the appropriate tip for someone who has the schematic and is making the apron for you?

my call, obviously - what I'm asking from you guys is what do you think one use from a schematic like that is worth?

No it's not appropriate IMO, it still costs us resources and one use of the schematic to make. If you bring more leather than required for one item though (ie more than 2), it's good for me.

Quick question, the schemtaic, should you end up with the med apron, does, for sure, give +5 med experimentation????
