Seriously in the top right corner of you post there's a dropdown menu. Edit is an option in it. But I think it's limited to Community Veterans. Since you're one of those you should be able to.

I got it hunting at Ft Tusken, and hunting at Imperial Outpost, back when people went there to level up in (insert combat skill here) shooting every piket and bol within 2500m.

That, and sitting in the med center, talking to patients while healing their wounds.

This was also back when healing pets of damage (white bars) actually gave med xp, so I guess I was a little cheesy... heh.

Just do a little of everything...

Fort Tusken gives good XP, lots of wounds.

Pet wounds give a lot.

Hit a tumbler a little.

Have a friend sample radioactive, over and over.

I try and get Xp the cheap aZZ way about half the time, the other half I just hang around sick people and play it the normal way.

An evenbetter way is to get 2 helpers to sample radioactive. Instant full black bars.

at one time leveling a friend and i set up a macro to duel eachother with defalult attack and then end duel stim eachothere and restart the dule. The trick is putting a 5 second pause in after /duel because if you dont both start the macro at the same time it wont work. Good exp. Faster than tumbling because your healing health and action per stim instead of mostly action tumbling....more heal more exp. Just make sure you both have aproximately the same skills in combat heh...Tried it with another friend at novice pistoleer. Im a master carbineer so i would incap him before he could even realy scratch me lol. This is also extreamly funny to watch.
