I would buy that at approx 20cpu, depending on the DR.
I know others that would pay more, but I don't have that kind of bankroll. And, like someone said, Rori or Talus Avian is much harder to get than say Naboo Avian... and I would expect to pay accordingly.
Also, don't bother selling to me unless it's in a stack of 8k+, so I have enough to experiment and crate my buffs.

Usually, OQ/PE is of the utmost importance for Docs... but on some meds, with some ingredients, DR and UT play a factor. I, for one, am happy to inform people who want to supply the doctor market, and I'm sure you could find someone on your respective server(s) to teach you accordingly...

I sold 10k of some 900's OQ/PE 700's DR for 3mill...thats 300cpu
The economy on tarq is borked beyond belief
