none of my buffs work...including those that are under 10000 on the timer...my health buff only lasts an hour and a half as i just threw some low DR avain in in a pinch...
I guess i'll go make some armor with my main...
It's not Jedi specific, but I think the reason you're hearing about this problem with a lot of Jedi is because:
1. Jedi tend to buy the best buffs (and they usually have 10000+ duration)
2. Jedi don't do anything unless they're buffed
Basically, Jedi are super sensitive about a thing like this because if we can't buff we won't risk playing since, even with permadeath gone, the cost of dying is still extremely high.
From the sounds of it though, it seems that this buff problem is affecting everyone using buffs with duration higher than 10,000.
If there is anyone with 10,000+ duration buffs that's *not* experiencing this problem please post so we can get as much data together as possible.

This is exactly what's happening to me also. 
I submitted an "I'm Stuck" ticket.
This is not the same issue where you'd log back in when the timer was still in effect. This is LONG after the timer for the buffs should have expired, and you still can't rebuff.
Arian, are your stuck buffs all over 10000 second duration?
My health buffs are ~9600 and they're not stuck. I can rebuff that stat.
All other stat buffs are over 10500 seconds and I CANNOT rebuff them.
The only buff that I have that's getting bugged is the only one oover 10,000 duration!
Is there any known fix to this?

Nope. I just figured out that timing issue about 10 minutes ago, and just now /bugged it.
You might want to submit a bug with the same info so that maybe it comes to their attention sooner than later. Kinda sucks that we'll only get one buff session per day this weekend...
I submitted a CSR ticket and have been able to rebuff. Not sure if they fixed it or if it fixed itself.
Just to be safe, I've switched to using my cheaper buff packs which have a 8k timer on them instead of 12k.
