I would say doctor cause you wont have enough skillpoints for MTKA and MCM... you would need:

15*3=45 novice medic, novice marksman (CM required) novice brawler (TKA required)

45+62=107 62 for master medic

107+14=131 14 for ranged support 4

131+14=145 for unarmed...

145+6=151 for novice CM

151+6=157 for novice tka

157+57=214 for master CM

214+57=271 for master TKA

so without scout at all you have 271 skill pts needed for the build...

We only get 250.... 21 pts from either prof would seriously handicap you...
