here's one more example for you using the reverse scenario for doctor buffs: what if i wanted to roleplay a thief doctor? i asked for tip up front then i just run off without buffing the customer who already paid. you think i could just hide behind the role playing excuse? there is no failsafe method for this transaction. one of the parties can always be duped. either the buffer or buffee stands a chance of being ripped off. there is no trade window for buffs. now you would say : "well the doctor wouldnt have a very good reputation after doing this to a few people and his business would soon dry up". still doesnt make it within the rules to do it even once. that would still be a violation of the TOS. its no different the other way around. you cant just do whatever you want in the game and expect to call it roleplaying and get away with it. like in life, there are certain rules even in a game we must all abide by.
