There is a medical city specialization that gives a boost. My 2453 buffs turn into 2703 buffs when I am in one of these cities.

i have hit 2788 since the patch using a 1014 enhance action D pack, wearing BE enhanced clothing, Bivoli and a 110 med droid

chilly has very very nice med resources

Highest so far was a very clear 2700 (not more, not less), using clothing, bivoli, 110 droid, with a 986+ D pack I made (with not even all great success) with high end janta blood and average components (well, not "average", but just "good" ones, not the best tho)

janta blood takes a little while to collect as it's rarely dropped.
I've been collecting some since 2 weeks, and I may have like 20 or 30 jars
I won't use em untile I get my 2 extra points.

planning to buy new, better clothing (all +25), some high end bivoli, and I'll try to hit the 3k's

my current buffs are 2544 for lowest one (only that one under 2550) and 2560 for the highest one. I charge 10k/set FYI
2300ish without bivoli
