Last I checked all locations overwrote droids.
It is not a specific case thing. It is all 1 or all the other.
(We asked if we could have droids overwrite low level camps and were told that it is either/or so if droids overwrote camps then .45 droids would overwrite med centers. )

Ok, I can confirm that there is ZERO bonus to /register in the detachment HQ, I buffed with my +25 BE, bivoli and both with and without my 110% med droid. With the buff changes it is very easy to see when you get the bonus and when you do not. I did this test both as a covert and overt, on myself and other players. Also the field hospital does not autoheal as is described in the current (and past) guides to the factional bases.
For something that costs 400 credits an hour (detachment HQ) and having to be overt (as the manual state) there should be some benefit to having one. Also I can confirm that registered master dancers/musicians do not receive any bonus as well. It seems that the coding for them is not correct.

Looks like something we'll all have to /bug on Live from tomorrow morning then

Yeah, good call. With the randomness leaving buffs, we have a much better chance of spotting a whole range of bugs that were effectively hidden before.
