Cool thanks - I was hoping On Fire cure would make it into the top 5, I see more and more of it recently on Tatooine and would be a great help to the poor souls that collapse on the cantina floor
Thats why I always bring a pack of marshmellow and a stick when I visit Tatooine.
I think TH already mentioned fire issue and how they are going to address that when they do their combat fix so there is hope yet.
I can't wait till the profession report come out this week.
I'd love to see them "fix" this or at least make it consistant..
Buffs: Timer continues to 'tick' and will expire when logged off/LD
Going Covert: Timer stops and is 'forgotten' when logged off/LD - forcing you to wait an actual hour ONLINE to go covert.
If nothing else, that should be a strong argument to fix either one of these hassles (pro Doc Buff timer, anti Covert timer)
Maybe I need to change that issue a bit. It primarily states Medical Surveying, but really the heart of the issue is that Docs have a great deal of difficulty getting, affordably, all of the resources they need to make ALL of the different meds taht we make. CMs actually need this even more than we do.
Some from of surveying is only one solution to the problem, and I believe it is primarily listed because it is likely the easiest fix. However, there are other solutions, such as simplification of our schematics by reducing resources used, resource stats used so some levels of quality (such as UT and PE) are not needed opening up more variety of a specific resource to be used, lessening the restrictions on specific types of resource requirements and making them more generalized, letting Medical Forage be the method of getting "components" instead of having to create them, or simplu assuring that Docs have more methods to make more money so they can afford to pay for the resources they need, are all possible solutions or parts of solutions that could be used to look into the situation.
As for why that item is only #14 on the list... this list isn't necessarily the best indicator of the order of the Top 25 because the last voting cycle had 5 seperate categories. There were a lot of instances where someone would come in and only vote on one category or only vote on one issus because they felt that issue was so important they just didn't care enough to look at the other issues and see if those were important as well. In the case of that particular issue ony recently did I change the name to make it more descriptive, so it is quite possible, even likely, that if anyone was only skimming issue names they would have missed this one thnking it meant someone else (which is one of the reasons I greatly encouage folks to read the full issues whenever they can so they have a clear understanding of the issue and can let me know if I'm not being clear or if there might be some other issue they need to start a thread on.)
