As far as I know the bonus only applies to field hospitals and isn't working anyway, but should be easy enough to find out.

HQ refers to Detachment HQ or a factional base.

A detachment HQ is not the same as a Field Hospital. I'm under the impression the bonus applies to Field Hospitals, not detachment headquarters. Traigus or Zarlor would know for sure what it's supposed to be, but at least Traigus has already stated somewhere else the bonus isn't working.

very nice...accrding to your calculator, with 100 wound treatment, 25 bio clothes, and 25 bivoli, i would need packs with 1091 power to get a 3000 buff....anyone know if this would be possible to make? what's the closest you have seen?
