Or you could just start charging guildies for the buffs and say that you have to go buy large quantities of herb and avian and the only supplier you could find was 20cpu and that it now costs 12k a set for buffs.
Lol you say this as if its a good way to get what I need.Right now current shift herb meat is at 70 cpu on my server. Its been pushed to that by a bidding war between a couple uber rich buff bot doctors. Its at the point where nobody can afford it.

It sounds like you have some buff-o-holics in your guild. You could try to tell them that each day their first set is free, second set is 3K and any more sets are 6K each. This could help them manage their buffs better. If they are tight with their credits, they won't be asking for buffs to take on a Durni lair. I actually came up with crates of enhance A's for lower level missions.

I became a doc to be useful, not used.... and I think anyone who is a friend would respect that.
Someone covered my first suggestion which was tell those wanting buffs from you to get the premade pacs from docs who want to sell them or to seek out docs who actively want to sell buffs...many many docs do.
But of course, if you have pacs on hand, you'll still have to deal with the /tells to come provide services cause they have the meds for you. So phase 2 is telling people up front that being a doc on permanent call isn't any fun for you.
Many people say they need buffs tolevel...but they don't really.... (1) they dropped medic (2) they hunt only the hardest creatures (3) they hunt solo or in very small groups. Or the worst offenders, those who have medic but don't carry stims....Those are choices players make when they play and just b/c they make choices that make them "need" buffs (or other thngs you can do), doesn't mean you should have to help if you don't enjoy it. Sometimes you might, but other times youmight be busy...
But once you draw the line in the sand...people will stop crossing it..but before you take that stand, its hard for many of these other players to even realize why you have a problem with it. Most have never done any crafting...others come from the musi/smuggler background where crafting is minimal. They just dont get what its like.

Ok Ill ask it....Why are you in the guild? What are you getting out of it?
A guild is a group of people working together to achieve common goals.
Being griefed by your guild is sad.
There tonsof guilds out there. Find one that meets your needs. There a ton of nice helpful people outthere. Get to know them. The game is much more fun when you do.

Try this have a few of em get together enough credits to buy a set of guild buffs, for guild use and guild use only. should only take a few of em an hour or 2 each to get enough to buy a whole set of em. I know I can buy a set of 830-850 for 120k with 21-22 uses. That hits for pretty good amount with the randomness gone. You wont feel bad for turning them down and you won't have to deal with offers of resources or credits

The point of the guild is to play together and help each other.
Your problem is that they have a need that would make you have to work harder to meet. They offer to pay, but then you have to collect twice the resources and you don't need the money and don't want that extra work.
Here is a solution:
Buysets of buffpacks. Should run 6kish per individual set. If a guildy wants to come meet you for a buff because they can't find one. Buff them and have them pay you 6k to cover the cost. Keep those buffs in a seperate cargo pocket. If you are too lazy to go buy some, tell them they have to bring their own.
Sheesh, doc is about helping and healing people...
