2.) Post-problem normal buff average. - low 800 - high 3k
3.) Date when you noticed that buffs got lower (the closer you can get on this the more helpful it is.) - Just got Master Doctor 3 days ago.
4.) Normal Buff pack power level (range) and which adv components do you use. D-Pack 650-750 range with all adv comps.
5.) Droid rating (If no droid, please type "med center 100") - R3 110
6.) Wound treatment rating without clothes - 100
7.) Wound treatment rating with clothes (include ratings over +25 just in case). +15 hat & +15 shirt

3.) Date when you noticed that buffs got lower (the closer you can get on this the more helpful it is.) - About a week ago.. hit a buff for 836 or something and it was the lowest I've ever hit for which shocked me enough to notice

After going through my buff bot logs, I've noticed that the same packs that will one day hit the high 2000's will turn around and give a sub 800 buff.
Update to my respose..
3) Average dropped by about 200 points around the pet mounts publish, then dropped again after the vehicles hotfix.

I have noticed that factors such as mind wounds/BF effect me giving better buff(try to buff on muon downer to check this). I also think that it may take into account the other players BF/mind wounds now.
Just a thought?

1) Pre-problem average:average enhancement approximately 2300.
2) Post-problem average: same packs, average 1400-1500.
3) Date of first unusually low enhancements was around January 7th.

just an after thought about the same time ago (just over a week) i was making packs and had 5 crit fails ina row with 0 poercent risk rate - i sent of a report 2 were on comboning stage and 3 on the experimentation statge - not bad for 0 risk i thought
thats with using 34 crafting satation and a +14 assemnly box
I wasn't a doctor in before the vehicle hotfix so i cannot answer question 1

I have come to the conclusion that the amount buffed is roughly followed by the following formula
(Injury Treatment+Wound Treatment)/100 * (random number between 1 and 3) * (Pack Power)
Note that this doesn't take into account the battle fatigue that seems to reduce the effectiveness of the buffs as well, so perhaps it lies as another part of the function. But I have never gotten a buff below the minimum value of this function nor the upper value either. Anyone care to take a stab at this?
