Urm, is your code bugged?
Calculation : (Base * (1 + ((Wound + Clothing + Bivoli) / 100) * (Environment / 100)))
Using 800 pack:
800 * (1+ ((100 + 25 + 25)/100) * 110/100))
= 800 * (1 + 1.5 * 1.1)
should = 800 * (2.5 * 1.1)
= 2200
Notice the red line above,i think you might want another set of brackets around (1+ ...) * (Environment /100).

What's an "Environment Modifier"? Is this the rating of the Med center or the Med droid you're using when you buff?
Is there a list or a way to find out what the Medical Modifier is for buildings??
Larger houses better? What about a Factional base? Play City Hospitals??

Simply put, your droid needs to be charged in order for the droid's med module to work. If you are in a building and your droid is out of power you will just get the structure's mod and not the droid's.
Don't see why not. I'll add some extras to it tonight when I get home from work. The servers will probably still be down anyway
