well when i made master Doc i thought no way in heck was i ever going to hide the fact...times change.
I was down in the genosian caves the other day...took me a while to get to the room i wanted but it was fairly quiet and i was in no rush...then the tells start..".buff ?"..." entrance to caves come buf grp"..so off the title goes with a send back say sorry no buff packs.
Some genosians spawned and i just layed into them when i noticed on map a player hotfooting it to me...within seconds all the mobs i was on are dead..this happens a few times..he kills mobs im attacking then goes and does his own thing elsewhere until mobs spawn and he comes running back..after a short but heated debate i sit and watch him get incapped twice and then Db'd...i throw doc title on and he starts yelling at me<grin>
no sooner had he released than i get a tell asking for a grp rez at the entrance..looking at the map i can see there prob 2 roids 2 enh kliks 3 kwis and a gaggle of genosians between us..saying sorry it would take to long to get there im met with a torrent of abuse.../ignore and from now on master doc title stays off.

I NEVER where my master doc title. If people figure it out,,,,then the /tell comes "buff me!" just a pain

If I wear my Doctor tag (Ie on a guild hunt or during pvp), i'll simply type /afk so that any tell that i receive back gets the not so true message 'No buffing at the moment, i'm preserving them for my guild', or 'I'm out of buff's at the moment'. This at least stops the multiple tells from one person.

I never have the Master Doctor title. It's just not worth the hasstle. I only buff my2nd character, my friends and when needed my guild.
There's nothing I hate more than constant buffing, I get no enjoyment from doing it so I see no point doing that for cash.

The couple of seconds i wore my title were when i got it trained while in coronet, then loads of tells flooding in, quickly switch to anything else and reply no buff packs, never been worn since 
its such a shame but i like my new one, novice medic, not one tell in the past 2 months

In reguards to the geo cave, I now anounce that im available to buff anyone that can come to me, I carry a few hundred packs at all times, so its easy to keep up with demand, then after the masses are satisfied, I turn the doc title off, and proceed into the mouth of hell, then usually promptly get asked for a few rez soon as I make it past the first room ,doh.

I consider putting my Master Doc title on as "clocking in to work," because I better be ready to buff people and deal with tell hell.
Even today, buffing in Coronet, I took my title down to ease the demand. I was still getting tells and requests to enter my line. After a while, I had to start turning people away, just so I could sign off and go to bed!

Its sad that having the master doc title on seems to be an invitation for abuse. Sometimes it really bothers me to be taken for granted and to have so many rude demands placed on me.
But on the other hand, its pretty cool being in a group thatshunting and your the only doc. As soon as you get in trouble the rest of the group rushes to your aid to save the doc. That can go to a guys head sometimes

One day I went to the Warren with some guildies and forgot to drop my MD tag. So naturally, some clown kept sending me tells about how he would meet me anywhere and pay 20k. He sounded so desperate that I couldn't just ignore him. I told him it would be quicker to fly to Corellia, get buffed and return, but he insisted that he would come to the Warren and wait for me to finish.I couldn't believe it! He actually waited outside for like 45min. for me! He tried to come inside but he couldn't figure out how to talk to the NPC guy on the hill and I just got disgusted trying to explain it to him.

Heh i got so sick of the tells i just learned novice entertainer for a day...Put the title up and relearned my marksman support branch. Now i just have the novice entertainer tag hehe.
Only problem is ill be out somewere and need mind healing....Feal prety stupid asking someone to dance for you wen your a "Novice Entertainer" heh.

i've only been master for 2 days and i've had in total 3 tells asking for buffs and my title has been on since i got it
i simply hit the make my charecter seachable option in the comunity options screen and no-one can find me if i wanna start buffing there is no trouble getting a line going out side the coronet starport
trust me it works =)

The other day I decided not to hide my title anymore. If I don't feel like buffing anyone and someone sends me a tell asking for buffs I just reply back 'I don't deal in performance enhancing drugs, I'm a healer'. Most people just say "okay" and don't bother me anymore.

I wear my Master Doc tag about half the time... but all of the time I lie about buffpacks I have. When I don't, here is a normal conversation: (my buffs are 700-800)
l33tK1D shouts, "anE master docs?! i need buffz plz!!!!!"
<continues shouting every 30 seconds for the next five minutes>
<he finally sees me with my doc tag>
l33tK1D tells you, "can u buf me plz, i pay 10k"
You reply, "Fine, you're spamming is annoying me, but I warn you they aren't very good."
l33tK1D tells you, "thats fine"
<I buff him>
l33tK1D tells you, "these buffs suck!!! they aren't even worth the money"
l33tK1D tells you, " <expletives deleted> "
You reply, "I told you they weren't good."
<l33tK1D then leaves and tips me 2k credits for the trouble... yay>
And that is why I don't buff people... sorry for the rant, had to get that off of my chest. <sighs>
Now the conversations are:
l33tK1D tells you, "can u buf me plz"
You reply, "No, don't have any packs"
