"Uber" Mandalorian armordrops. 70% base protection from everything.

How can we make it so it doesn't upset the crafters? Easy, make them drop mandalorian PARTS that only a master armorsmith can put together to make the full set.

Pluses to belted items, skill tapes, armor that drops once every month (can be switched with other rewards) but this armor must be either special or taken to a crafter armorer and made special with TAPES, Different looking helmets, Cloaks that you can use the hoods on, extra skill points to a max of 5 for extra skill advancement, Cool Clothing that designers cannot design but designers must make cool with tapes, large loot drop, special pet that must be brought to a CH Master to made available to increase revenue, Sail Barges or Vehicle that can be used to mount two people instead of just having one person like speeder, boots of speed, special saddles for mounts that make them look indipendent from the others, Flight Helmets, Mandilorian armor that can only be dropped (Once a month limited to 6 on each server).

There are lots of things that can be done for the loot system.

Why not have loot that crafters can use. For instance, now that krayts are harder to kill, the likely hood that you will be the one to loot the pearl and such is going to be slim thanks to the large group and the"ninja looters" that are in them. Also, how about crafting molds that can be used only once then break ( for sculptures ) and special paint and color for pictures and armor. PLEASE help with the krayt stuff. Everybody wants the loot but now it will be hard to share one pearl with 15 guys( or girls ).

I like what Lucid has said. I would also like to expand on another idea that I seen. There could be a set of quests done that would be given only if certian requirements have been met. Also they must be started within a certian period of time and are based on the starting requirements. the reward would be unique and class specific with a special certification. Only a specfic number would be given for any item. The quests could be designed for classes and levels and limited to the number any individual can do.

Seems to me you can find a way of creating better drops without making crafters suffer for it. Just create unique and special components to be used in crafting a great weapon, armor, article of clothing or whatever...but there has to be a better loot system. Loot is a large part of what keeps people hunting. Right now SWG has the weekest loot system of any game I've ever played.

It's kind of discouraging when you drop a mob with more ham than you've got and get 1 unit of wheat out of the deal.

Skill tapes are great loot...trouble is you have to kill two thousand whatevers just to find one lousy skill tape.

Loot. Looting is talked about frequently. It seems like everyone wants unique items or whatever. My request is simpler. If I attack a spice fiend, and that NPC shoots back at me, then how about I find his weapon when I loot him? Maybe some clothes, a pair of boots, a container of spice? Stuff that makes sense and might be of value to me beyond the credits he's carrying in his pocket. Yeah, and the keys to a Corellian bulk freighter maybe?

Theobjects I wouldprobably fight a week for is...

WOOKIEE ARMOR

every wookiee would kill for it even if it's not as strong as adv. composite

and it would have to be a full wookiee suit not just a helmet or chest a FULL WOOKIEE SUIT

thats all i have to say.

I have one suggestion I hope will be considered.

Please consider the way loot drops. Its unfortunate that loot is not set up so that they randomly split among the group. I know it it setup so the person who inflicts the most damage recieves the loot, but with classes being so unbalanced there is no way people can compete with someone who may have an uber weapon. Consider also the people that are still working on a certain class, they are being penalized with the loot system because they cannon inlfict as much damage as a master. And some master classes will always produce more damage than a master of another profession.

I mean if you have a group what fun is it if one or two people are always lootingand no elsechance to get some of thesame loot? They are fighting with you, they should deserve something for their time and you for your time. Random split is the only way to resolve this issue.

Now if you find a newer mob in which it take at least a full group to kill, then the auto split along with mulitple drops is the only solution, and i'm not talking 15-20 items. again it should be auto split, so the 1st monster maybe 4-6 will recieve something, then the next mob will drop again splitting to others who have not already recieved loot. Everyone should be rewarded for their time, not 1 or 2 uber masters

Yeah we definately need more collectables. Like paintings or statues or something. You know, something that makes your houseguests say, "Wow! Where'd you get that?!?" Schematics could be kinda difficult to impliment, and they would give a HUGE and unfair market advantage to that person. At least with decorative objects, they can have a market, but a very specialized market. Collectors. And no mechanics need to be changed. I think everyone would be happy to geta collectable item that no one (or few people) can get. Its boasting rights.

Its just a bad call; hah it's so funny how you think I'm so serious. Oh, but that's not it. The thing is, I dont give enough jack to give a *edit*. You're just plain boring, and you bore me asleep. But it's classical, anyways. How cool are you? I remember; and I feel sickened.
