Thread: Scattershot2 kicks major...backside

Just got scattershot 2 tonight. I was decently impressed with scattershot 1 because it was on the same damage multiplier as full auto 2 with about 30 less action per shot. It worked well when fighting with pistoleers because the majority of the shots go into body.


Scattershot 2 is on about 2x the dmg multiplier that 1 was. When I used to max hit for about 1400 dmg with full auto2 or scattershot 1 I don't know what my new max is, but its 2300+. I routinely hit for over 1k now with many hits over 2k.


Very nice. 23-263 dmg laser carbine 4.3 spd. with 47 action cost HAM and my quickness of 550 scattershot 2 costs 95 action per shot, vs the 133 of full auto 2.


The other fun aspect of hitting for 2000+ damage is doing that simulataneously to all 3 bars.

Have you been reading my mind? I've had Scatter Shot 2 for a while now, and I think it's the most importantmove in the entire Carbineer line . I even use it over my Fire Knockdown sometimes because it kills faster (hitting all pools)

Ahh yes, forgot to mention that Scatter Shot 2 actually drains more health than action. I have around 500 strength and 550 quickness, and it takes around 46 health and some 30 action per shot (using theactual cost, not the one that goes over your head). So if you have considerably low strength or constitution, it's not good to spam it repeatedly
